Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life happens. Please do your best to be on time so that we can complete your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late or require a service that will infringe on the next client's appointment there is a chance you will not be able to get your haircut. This is considered a missed appointment. If you are a no call/ no show or do not cancel or reschedule online at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will be responsible for paying a fee of 100% of the total services booked.
